Used Mark to transfer my 93-year-old, wheelchair-bound aunt to a residential home for respite care today. She was naturally in a high state of anxiety about such a move. However, Mark made her laugh immediately and spoke to her directly, explaining what he was going to do and putting her at ease. He treated her with respect and dignity and dissipated the tension in what was otherwise a stressful situation. Superb service, excellent value for money, and outstanding care provided. Mark has always brought great service when we have needed it. I have used this service 3 times with the three different size vehicles and every single time I haven’t been disappointed.
